Membership: If you sign up as a member, you must continue the membership from the time you sign up for the summer camp until at least your registered camp week(s) ends. If you cancel the membership at any time before the summer camp weeks, we reserve the right to charge you the difference between the member price and non-member price at the time. (So, if you register as a member with the early bird special, but cancel the membership in June, you will be responsible to pay the difference between the member price with early bird special and the non-member regular price.)
Cancellation for Summer Camp: If you need to cancel by May 1st, 2020, we can issue a refund after subtracting a $100 processing fee per week that you signed up for. After May 1st, 2020, no refund is available. If Skate The Foundry is informed of your cancellation request 30 days prior to the first day of your registered camp week, we can issue a credit on your account minus a $100 cancellation fee.
Please note that we are not in position to offer a refund*, but you will receive a full credit towards future programs if we cancel our summer camp due to COVID-19. This will help us keep Skate The Foundry financially strong enough to get through this time and prepare for the possible second shutdown in coming winter. *We will offer a partial credit/refund if we decide to make the camp a half day instead of a full day due to the weather.
Missed Days: We do not offer make ups for any missed days during the summer camp. Please keep your child well rested!
Safe Place for Everyone: If a camper misbehaves in any way (including, but not limited to: calling someone names, using curse words, any type of physical fights), our team has a right to address the issue with the campers involved as a one time notice. If it happens again with the same camper, we have a right to call the parents/guardians and ask them to pick up the child immediately. They are not allowed to come back for the rest of the week. Skate The Foundry has a right not to issue a refund for the week if this occurs.
We are all here to enjoy skateboarding and share the experience together. Please make sure that you child(ren) understands that if they do not respect Skate The Foundry’s rule, they will be asked to leave.
