9:30am-10:30am at Skate The Foundry.

Park Beginners class will entail skateboarding safety, proper stretching, balance and coordination exercises, rolling up and down ramps, pumping. 

Experience: 0-2 months skateboarding

Required Equipment: Helmet and knee pads are required. Elbow pads and wrist guards are highly recommended.
